Deze pagina bevat de documentatie voor het progamma TB-Profiler, die [hier](https://genomemedicine.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13073-019-0650-x) gepubliceerd is. TB-Profiler kan NGS data analyseren om resistentie tegen drugs en *M. tuberculosis* stam te voorspellen.
Ik ontwikkel en verbeter het progamma regelmatig. Als je TB-Profiler wil gebruiken, gebruik dan alsjeblieft de meest recent versie.
## Installeren
Je kunt conda gebruiken om TB-Profiler te installeren. Zorg er eerst voor, dat je het bioconda-channel geaktiveerd hebt.
```
conda config --add channels defaults
conda config --add channels bioconda
conda config --add channels conda-forge
```
Installeer vervolgens TB-Profiler.
```
conda install -c bioconda tb-profiler
```
## Gebruik
Als je twee bestanden hebt (reads\_1.fastq.gz en reads\_2.fastq.gz) dan kan je de volgende opdracht gebruiken om resistentie tegen drugs en *M. tuberculosis* stam te voorspellen.
```
tb-profiler profile -1 reads_1.fastq.gz -2 reads_2.fastq.gz -p prefix
```
De `-p` parameter kan woorden gebruikt om de resultaten een unique naam te geven.
Als je een bam bestand hebt dan kan je het `-a` parameter gebruiken.
```
tb-profiler profile -a arquivo.bam -p prefix
```
Om meerdere resultaten (samen) te combineren, kun je de`collate` functie gebruiken.

tb-profiler collate
